The Queen Rania Center Entrepreneurship (QRCE) is a not-for-profit and non-governmental organization.it was established in October of 2004 and located at the EL Hassan Science City, Jubaiha-Jordan. It's mission is to support economics growth by providing an array of services in entrepreneurship development and technology commercialization through the several programs conducted by QRCE.

Social Entrepreneurship is about taking care of social environment and the development of the community, and social entrepreneurs are not like any other business entrepreneurs, their main concern is not the benefit but their main concern is the development of the society and how to make a good impact on the place where they live, and they are not like the other Non-for-Profit organizations as they don’t look for small scale development on specific programs and projects but they work on having a long term development plans on the society they live in.
So we can call the Social Entrepreneurship is the approach we take seeking for the development of the community and the society.
The concept of Social Entrepreneurship is new concept but the human history is filled with names and ideas that changed the world and developed the community and left everlasting impact in different fields, like Economic, Politics, Health and more.
In names we can read, Florence Nightingale (founder of the first nursing school and developer of modern nursing practices), also we can read Robert Owen (founder of the cooperative movement), and also Muhammad Yunus (Founder of the first Village Bank – Bangladesh).
Nowadays with the openness of the world and with the increasing number of populations in the communities, such kind of entrepreneurs started to think about structuring their work in more organized manner to be able to leave a better impact on the society, so that they started to think about making ventures and organizations to be responsible about delivering the messages that they are concerned about, and here the concept of social enterprise appeared to the surface.
The social enterprises are those social driven organizations that care most of all about accomplishing a social benefit through specific programs they run, and most of the times they don’t look for profit but the main thing they look for is the social and environmental development.
